Consent to the collection and processing of personal data

Last name, first name, middle name, email address (e-mail), phone number, postal address, bank details, passport data, information from cookies, including: location information; the type of my device and its screen resolution; type, version and language of the operating system installed on my device; type, version and language of the browser (or other program, with the help of which access is made to the site); IP address the address of the page from where I went to the site (referrer), information about which pages I open and which buttons I click on the site.

My consent is given for the processing of my data using automation tools and without using automation tools in order to:

• my identification on the Sites and providing me access to the personalized resources of the Sites;
• providing me access to the Operator's loyalty program;
• conclusion and execution of contracts between the Operator and me;
• sending me notifications, inquiries and information related to the use of the Operator’s website and services;
• processing of my inquiries and applications to the Operator;
• providing me with information about promotions, discounts, special offers, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Operator;

 I give my consent to the transfer by the Operator of my personal data (full name, phone number, mailing address, email address) to the call center service to provide me with technical support services.

 The consent to the processing of personal data given by me is valid for an indefinite period, until it is withdrawn by me.

 It is informed that it has the right at any time to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator by sending a notification to the email address: msu.umos@gmail.com marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."
